Cabin and Modular Unit Rentals

The cabins and modular unit at Persimmon Point are roomy, newly remodeled, well maintained, and perfect for families! All are stocked with cookware, dishes, linens, paper towels, and a coffee pot for your use. We also supply salt, pepper, toothpicks, dishwashing liquid, and coffee filters. All units have new microwaves, new electric ranges, and a bbq grill, as well as a color TV. All are air conditioned and have electric heat as well.

You can choose to rent a large cabin with two bedrooms, four double beds and another single bunk. They accommodate nine people, with one and a half baths. The one room cabins have two double beds and a full bath, providing nice accommodations for up to four people. Finally, our modular unit has three bedrooms and two baths, and comfortably accommodates nine.

One more added bonus for our cabin and modular unit rental guests: We have an aluminum fishing boat especially for our guests' use, free of charge. If you bring your own boat, you are welcome to use one of our roomy boat stalls, free of charge for the duration of your stay!

Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

Reservation Policy:
A deposit of two days is required for each week's cabin stay and one day on each equipment rental. Reservations will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit. A confirmation of your reservation will be mailed back to you upon receipt of your deposit. Balance is payable upon arrival. You will be charged for the days you reserve. No refunds will be made if you check out prior to your departure date. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be refunded (less a $20.00 handling fee) if we can fill the vacancy for the full period you had reserved.

RV Sites

We have added five spots for the camper in you! Our RV spots all include water, electric, and sewer hook up to make your vacation stay as convenient as possible. Our spaces are surrounded by large shade trees, so your camping spot stays cool and comfortable! Of course, when you rent an RV camping spot, you are welcome to use all of our guest amenities, from the swimming pool to the game room, store, and playground area. The kids will love it!
